A natural-born nomad I'm now living in Peterborough, Ontario working at a daily newspaper. I love my career and can't wait to see where it takes me. I like to say I'm from everywhere. I've moved across the country three times in four years. I started off in Fernie, B.C., then to Calgary, a wild trip up to a freezing hell known as Fort McMurray, then it was back to Calgary before heading to Toronto and then to Picton. I recently returned to my Alberta roots when living in Medicine Hat. My favourite things in the world are the Beatles, pizza, coffee and my VW. I haven't seen my natural hair colour in 12 years and I always seem to need more shoes. I'm a journalist who specializes in absolutely everything. Before embarking on a 'real' career I was an accomplised waitress. I have a weakness for musicals, pizza, bad chick movies and 80s hair metal. Something to ponder. Should we still be calling Madonna the Material Girl? Seriously, she's in her mid-fourties and hardly a girl. Also, the song is from 1984. We've had 20 years to come up with a new nickname, there's gotta be something else out there.

Keep writing to get that link off cos for the lazy, it looks like you have no blog right now. You can always say, "show last three" and then change it once the page is back to normal.

Samantha Israel used to have the same problem on her blog (which coicidentally is the same template).
But hers is fine now. Maybe she can help you solve the mystery.
